Two additions to the Scottish project management team of Cushman & Wakefield



Cushman and Wakefield expanded its project management team in Scotland with the appointment of Natasha Kravchuk and Neil johnston.

Natasha, who is joining as an associate director, has an impressive track record in the industry and has worked with Thomas and Adamson for over 22 years in their London, UAE and Kiev offices.

While there, she was involved in large-scale projects including the Netherlands Embassy and British Ambassador’s residences in Moscow and Kiev, the fit-up of the Etihad Airways First Class lounge in Abu Dhabi, the Greenwich Millennium Village in London and the Jaguar Land Rover offices and research center. in Warwickshire.

Operating out of the Edinburgh office of Cushman & Wakefield, Natasha will work on a number of large-scale projects, including a new manufacturing facility for an international engineering company and a head office for a global communications giant.

Natasha, who speaks four languages, said: “Cushman & Wakefield has a fantastic global reputation and one of the big draws for me is that as a company it is so multifaceted. There are many different disciplines that are all interconnected and it’s great to work alongside experts in investment and development, agency and transactions because you get a really comprehensive overview of any project.

The move is a welcome return to Scotland for Natasha.

She added: “My husband is Scottish and his family lives here so it’s great to live and work here. I look forward to participating in new world class buildings and amenities.

Project manager Neil Johnston, who lives in Gullane, joins Turner and Townsend. Before that, he ran his own business for 12 years. He holds a measurement diploma from Edinburgh Napier University.

He said: “It’s a really exciting time to have joined Cushman & Wakefield as the economy begins to come to life and with many revolutionary new developments on the horizon.”
