MOSCOW, November 7. / TASS /. Kiev is violating the Minsk accords by using drones in the Donbass conflict zone, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Sunday.

She recalled a report from the OSCE Special Observation Mission (SMM) of 6 November describing a corresponding incident. She stressed that only OSCE observers can use drones in the Donbass conflict zone.

“Kiev is violating the Minsk agreements,” she wrote on her Telegram channel. “Paris and Berlin, who are calling for meetings in the Norman format, cannot claim that they do not see the unbridled behavior of the Kiev regime, which is killing existing agreements and, above all, Ukraine’s hope for ‘a peaceful life.”

According to the OSCE SMM report of 6 November, the mission observer, who was on a patrol mission, observed how Ukrainian troops fired in the air. They also observed a small-range gray drone not belonging to the SMM, which flew at an altitude of 100 to 150 meters above Ukrainian army positions and later above the mission patrol. The monitors also saw an explosion about 20-30 kilometers southeast of where they were staying. The OSCE SMM noted that this was a threat to the security of the mission.
