She also mentioned the ban on flights from the United States to all Cuban provinces, except Havana; the persecution and intimidation of companies sending fuel supplies to the nation and the campaign to discredit Cuban medical cooperation programs.

She recalled that in 2020, the Trump administration used the plight caused by Covid-19 to increase the siege against the island, which “hampered our ability to cope with the pandemic,” she said. declared.

The head of the Cuban diplomatic mission in Ukraine said the scourge of the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus created additional challenges for the country, whose efforts to deal with them “have been severely limited by the regulation of the US blockade,” he said. she criticized.
