Copenhagen – 30 June 2021 – Agillic A / S (Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark: AGILC), the Copenhagen-based Marketing Automation Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, announces that CFO Bent Faurskov leaves Agillic AS.

Agillic’s chief financial officer, Bent Faurskov, has chosen to take on a new position outside of Agillic and will leave the company on September 30, 2021.

Emre Gürsoy declares: “I has been happy with Curve‘s efforts through the VSovid-19 phase, the first step in our transformation phase, as well as to prepare Agillic for his next phase, which will be the to implementon the Reboot 2.1 strategy. I want to thank Bent for his efforts and we wish him the best of luck In the future. We are now start our research for a new CFO who, with the rest of the management team, can perform on the Restart-up strategy 2.1.”
